Privacy notice.
Effective date: June 11, 2026. This basic notice explains how Emvélia handles website information while company and legal details continue to mature.
Who operates this site
This website is operated by Emvelia LLC as the interim named owner for Emvélia. The final legal entity name, jurisdictional details, and dedicated privacy contact may be updated when confirmed.
Information you provide
If you submit the contact form or a similar feature, Emvélia may collect the information you choose to provide, such as your name, email address, organization, message, and any other details included in your submission. Contact form submissions may be transmitted through the website's configured contact-form delivery system and delivered to Emvélia's Google Workspace mailbox.
Technical and security information
The site may process basic technical information such as IP address, browser type, device information, pages requested, timestamps, and security signals needed to operate, protect, and debug the website. Cloudflare Turnstile may be used to help distinguish legitimate visitors from automated abuse.
How information may be used
Information may be used to respond to legitimate inquiries, operate and secure the website, prevent spam or abuse, troubleshoot technical issues, and maintain appropriate records. Emvélia does not sell personal information.
Service providers
Emvélia may use third-party service providers, including Cloudflare for hosting, security, and Turnstile bot protection, and Google services, including Google Apps Script and Google Workspace/Gmail, for contact-form delivery and email handling. These providers may process information as necessary to deliver, secure, and monitor the website and contact workflow.
Retention and updates
Information is kept only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described above, unless a longer period is required for security, legal, or operational reasons. This notice may be updated as the website, contact workflow, company details, or legal requirements mature.
This is a practical website privacy notice, not a substitute for legal advice. It should be reviewed by legal counsel before being treated as final.
